Interim Management

In the field of interim management, we carry out activities such as providing a temporary replacement, setting up and implementing new processes or systems, and change or crisis management.

Interim management competencies:

  • Guiding and coaching staff members;
  • Managing and developing the knowledge level of the department/staff in line with the (future) needs of clients;
  • On-going improvement of effective and efficient working methods within departments;
