Knowledge Management

ImProvia develops knowledge and learning systems with the objective of optimising the business operations of the client.

The success of a sound business operation depends to a large degree on the performance of its staff members. Knowledge and skills result in the capacity to perform. Knowledge and skills also result in safer work, among other things! This does mean, however, that there have to be adequate facilities present for developing and sharing this knowledge and these skills.
