Safety and Quality Management

Quality and (industrial health and) safety play an important role in every company and organisation. Efforts are made to comply with the requirements of the client and the legal standards. The practical implementation of this is difficult for organisations. We would be pleased to assist you with the drawing up and monitoring of these processes.

Quality means fulfilment of the expectations of your clients. These may be external or come from within your own organisation. An organisation that functions well is based on the full integration of quality, health and safety, welfare and the environment.

Industrial health and safety form the basis for a healthy and profitable organisation. The key to this is a policy that it is fully supported by the employer and employee and that clarifies the activities, risks and management measures that are applied in practice. If this policy is safeguarded, security and trust are created. This means fewer accidents, less sick leave and a pleasant work atmosphere - positive for you, your staff and your clients.

Safety and Quality Management competencies:

  • Setting up care systems;

These systems make quality, health and safety, welfare and the environment visible and measurable, making it more than simply a term. Together with you, we examine which of these systems would be most relevant for your organisation. We can then realise the entire implementation and maintenance.
