Our competencies:

• Mechanical Engineering – innovative and sustainable structures and systems, from concept to completion;
• Electrical Engineering – electrical solutions for production, energy storage, and automation;
• Software Engineering – smart control systems and industrial automation with PLC, SCADA, and DCS;
• Project Management – ​​experienced specialists who manage complex projects efficiently and effectively.

Your duties:

• Acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships;
• Ensuring the right engineers are in the right place;
• Thinking ahead: you often identify client needs before they even realize it;
• Conducting interviews with technical directors and engineering managers to resolve their capacity and knowledge issues;
• Working in the Eindhoven region (within a radius of 50 km). – Collaborating with a recruiter who helps you find the best engineers;
• Collaborating with a Field Manager to develop the engineers.

• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, secondment, or technical projects;
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level;
